The building is protected by a GE FireShield Plus FSP1004G conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is temporal.

Most notification appliances are Edwards “Durabel” 6100D vibrating bells (6” gong). There are some Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bells (6” gong) on the first floor in addition to the above bells, installed in 1998. There is a Potter MBA-6-24 motor bell (6” gong) in the second floor stockroom as a deficiency replacement.
