The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous. The FA-1000 replaced the original Notifier System 5000 in 2018.

There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the elevator and social rooms. The make-up air unit has an Edwards “SuperDuct” SD-2W conventional photoelectric duct smoke detector.
