The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous. The FA-1000 replaced the original Notifier System 5000 in 2018.

There are System Sensor “i3” C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building. These replaced System Sensor 1400A conventional ionization smoke detectors. The mechanical room has a Mircom TD-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detector. There is an FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector in the elevator room. The make-up air unit has a System Sensor “InnovairFlex” D2A conventional photoelectric duct smoke detector.
