The chain is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, and has locations worldwide.  This particular hotel is located at 84 Lansdowne Street East, in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.  The hotel was built in 1955, and was renovated in 1981 and 2019.  The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1981, and the panel was replaced in 2019.&lt;br /&gt;
