There are also Mircom BL-6B motor bells (6" gong) as deficiency replacements. For exterior notification, there is an Edwards "Adaptabel" 343D vibrating bell (6" gong) with a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 75cd) outside the J1 north vestibule.

There are Potter CF-135W conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the mechanical, laundry and electrical rooms. There are System Sensor 5601A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors at the top of each stairwell.
