There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the office area. The main building’s bays have Simplex 4098-9733 addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors; these can also be found in areas such as copier rooms and washrooms. The east bay has Potter CR-135W conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the original part, and System Sensor 5601A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the expansion. There is a Mircom TD-200 conventional 200°F fixed-temperature heat detector in the outdoor storage area. All addressable detectors are mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases.

There are Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising all conventional zones. There are Simplex 4090-9002 addressable relay modules for HVAC and gas shutdowns.
