The building is protected by an Edwards EST3X addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room on P1. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel replaced an EST QuickStart QS4.

There is an EST RLCD-C annunciator paired with two EST RLED24 annunciators in the main entrance vestibule, mounted in an EST RA-ENC3 enclosure.

There are Edwards BPS6AC 6-amp booster power supplies on the system.\

Most notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" GCRF-HDVM horn/strobes (red, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 15cd). Some areas have Edwards G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

====Automatic Detection Devices====
There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell, in each elevator lobby, and in all electrical rooms. There are EST SIGA-HRS addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors at the top and in the pit of each elevator shaft. All detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.

====Modules====
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the pre-action systems, the generator's run/trouble contacts, and the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches. There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes. There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on the SLC.

====EOLs====
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
