'''Didsbury District Health Services''' is the primary healthcare complex for a portion of south-central Alberta. The complex is owned and operated by Alberta Health Services. This page will cover Unit 3, located at 1210 20 Ave, in Didsbury, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1964 as an extended-care wing, and was decommissioned in 2018. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1984, and had a panel replacement in 2018. This system was converted to single-stage operation after being decommissioned, as occupancy no longer required a two-stage system.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main floor storage room. The system utilizes Notifier XP6-MAA addressable zone module cards to accommodate all conventional devices, and the system coding is temporal.

There is a Notifier NCA-2C annunciator at the main desk.
