'''Eagle Builders Centre''' is a recreation complex located at 5302 Broadway Ave, in Blackfalds, Alberta, Canada. The complex consists of two arenas and a library; Arena 2 was built in the 1980s, and Arena 1 and the library were built in 2021. Arena 1 is home to the Blackfalds Bulldogs of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL). The fire alarm system was upgraded and installed in 2021.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C hybrid-addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main lobby of Arena 2. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and utilizes several Notifier XP6-MAA zone cards to accommodate conventional devices. The system coding is temporal.

Most notification appliances are System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA-E horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, English lettering, set to 15cd). Arena 1 has System Sensor PC2RLA-E horn/strobes (red, ceiling-mount, English lettering, set to 15cd) for additional coverage. Some areas have System Sensor SRLA-E remote strobes (red, wall-mount, English lettering, set to 15cd).

All pull stations in Arena 1 are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations. All pull stations in Arena 2 are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations.

====Automatic Detection Devices====
There are Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell and at each end of the club level in Arena 1, mounted on System Sensor B300A-6 bases. There are Chemtronics 601 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in each washroom in Arena 2. There are heat detectors in each change room in Arena 2, likely FDD CR-135.

====Modules====
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches in Arena 1, as well as the kitchen suppression system. There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes. There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on all SLCs.

====EOLs====
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all conventional, sprinkler and signal circuits.
