&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;The Firecom 8500 is a Conventional panel developed by Firecom sometime in the 1980s. It was replaced by the LSN-2000 in 1994, when the 8500 was discontinued. It is one of the rarest, and unknown panels out there, and are very sought after. &lt;br /&gt;

The 8500 did not in fact use it&amp;#039;s own tone generator. It used the Bogen TG4C, which supported a Slow-whoop tone, a Chime tone, Pulse tone, steady tone, and a continuous tone.&lt;br /&gt;
