The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel is part of KBL's NOTI-FIRE-NET network, and is networked to the other two buildings on site; this panel is equipped with an NCA-2 display.

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of all other stairwells as deficiency replacements. There is a Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector in the electrical room. All detectors are mounted on Notifier B710LPA bases.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches. There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes. There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on the SLC.

====EOLs====
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits but one; the remaining signal circuit is equipped with a Simplex 2081-9040C end of line resistor plate.
