The Mircom FHS-240R is a horn/strobe from Mircom&amp;#039;s &amp;quot;Select-A-Horn/Strobe&amp;quot; line of products.  They are manufactured by Amseco, and are extremely common in Canada.  They are 4-wire devices, and are known for having poor quality control.  The sound is either too loud or too quiet, and sometimes continues to sound when silenced.  These were released in the early 2000s, and discontinued around 2010.&lt;br /&gt;
