5309 Discovery Way is the address given to a small shopping plaza in Leduc Common, Leduc, Alberta. It consists of Dollarama, Reitmans, Warehouse One, and PetSmart. The plaza was built in 2003 or 2004, and the fire alarm system is original in most areas, PetSmart was added in 2021.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
