South Eugene High School is a high school located at 400 E 19th Ave, Eugene, OR. The school was built in 1953, and expanded in 1994 and 2004. The fire alarm system was upgraded in the 1990s, and was partially upgraded in 2017.

The building is protected by a Gamewell-FCI E3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in a mechanical room. The system runs Gamewell-FCI’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Wheelock MT-24-LSM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to slow whoop, 15/75cd).
The cafeteria has Wheelock AS-24MCW-FW horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Other areas have Wheelock NS-24MCW-FR horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
There are a select few areas that have Wheelock RSS-24MCW-FR remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations

Most pull stations are FCI MS-6 conventional single-action pull stations, with FCI AMM-2 addressable monitor modules attached to them.
Some areas have Gamewell-FCI MS-7AF addressable dual-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.

Automatic Detection Devices

Most areas have FCI ASD-P addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
Throughout the school, FCI ASD-PL, ASD-PL2, and ASD-PL3 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors can be found as deficiency replacements.
