The notification appliances mainly consist of the original General Signal MB10-24/MB74330 motor bells. There are a few that are vandalized or mounted weirdly, such as the main and 5th floors having an upside down one, and the one in the elevator room in the parking garage has part of its label missing. There are about 4 bells per floor. There are EST 683-1C silenceable mini horns branded by General Signal in the hallways of each unit. Some units have their mini-horns upside down. The mini-horns are original as well. In the hallway to the entrance beside the pools, there is an Edwards MB10-24 motor bell which replaced an original General Signal bell that failed in the early 2010s. For outdoor notification at the Panorama Springs Pools, there is a General Signal MB10-24 mounted upside down under an overhang of the sauna. It is unknown how it got wired there.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an EST 2-LSRA-C remote annunciator at the main entrance.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All common area notification appliances except for one are General Signal MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong).

There is an Edwards MB10-24 motor bell (10" gong) in the pool hallway installed around 2014 as a deficiency replacement.

The units have General Signal 683-1C silenceable mini horns, and a few units also have EST "PowerSaver Integrity" 202-75PSW remote strobes (white, wall-mount, 75cd).

For outdoor notification, there is a General Signal MB10-24 in the Panorama Springs Pools, mounted upside down under an overhang of the sauna.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations. Most are original, but deficiency replacements of all generations starting with GE EST can be found scattered.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

All smoke detectors are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors, mounted on SIGA-SB bases. Deficiency replacements of all generations can be found throughout.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA-WTM addressable modules supervising the building's sprinkler system flow and tamper switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line-resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.

Bonus Information[edit | edit source]

The ground floor has a bell installed upside down, as well as the sauna. This is not a code violation, as the bells still output the required sound levels.
