There are many tenants on the ground floor, they include Mad Rose Pub, My Gym Children's Fitness Centre, etc. It is also an office building on the two floors above.

The notification appliances in the tenants and on the ground floor are System Sensor P2RA (red, wall-mount) horn/strobe.
The upper floors have System Sensor PC2WA (white, ceiling-mount) horn/strobes on the wall or ceiling. It is unknown why they installed some PC2WA horn/strobes on the walls, likely a supply issue.
