FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Notifier System 500 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances except for one are Notifier KMS-6-24VDC/P motor bells (6” gong). These are also installed in each unit.
There is a Mircom BL-10B motor bell (10” gong) on the third floor as a deficiency replacement.
Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]
Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations but one are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations.
There is one Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull station as a deficiency replacement.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are System Sensor “i3” C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the common areas.
