Twentytwo22's Complex - Main Building is a bungalow in SW Calgary with a demo system that runs continuously to provide extra protection to the house. The house was built in 1958 but the system is definitely not original.
System Specifications[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The main panel is a Notifier NFS-320C (born 640) installed in November 2022. It replaced a Notifier AFP-200N installed in September 2022. It is located in the Basement Mechanical room. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
There are three bells in the entire facility. One Simplex 2901-9720 mounted in the basement, one in the kitchen and a Mircom BL-6 in the hallway.
In the basement, there is an EST "Genesis" G1-VRN (red, plain) remote strobe mounted in the Rec Room along with an EST G1-VRF (red, fire marking) remote strobe mounted in the bathroom.
On the main floor in the kitchen there is a Wheelock "Exceder" STWC (white, ceiling-mount) strobe in the kitchen and a Wheelock RSSP-2415W-FR strobe plate mounted with the BL-6 in the hallway.
Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]
Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices°[edit | edit source]
There is a Notifier FSP-851A in the stairway, a Notifier FSI-851A (ion) in the upstairs hallway, a Notifier FST-851A (fixed, 135°F) heat detector in the basement Mechanical room and a Kidde "Fyrindex" S-15-C (rate of rise) conventional heat detector from 1967 (removed from Centennial Planetarium) it is connected to a Notifier FMM-101A mini monitor module.
