The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room on the North side of Sobeys. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There are two EST QSA-1-S cabinets outside consisting of a QS1-CPU-1 annunciator and SL30 zone card, located in the Sobeys entrance vestibule and outside on the North side of Sobeys, facing the other tenants.

All of the notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
