This particular hotel is a Best Western Plus property, and is located at 2402 Highway 97 North, in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The hotel was built in 1960, and was last renovated in 2014. The hotel has 8 floors, and has a mix of suites and regular rooms. The fire alarm system is not original.

Most pull stations are Edwards 275-C111 conventional single-action pull stations. The breakfast room and pool area have Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.
