The plaza contains Scotiabank, a Taste of Saigon, and Denim & Smith Barbershop. The building opened in 2004, and was extensively renovated in 2011. The fire alarm system was installed in 2011.

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the Scotiabank entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd). For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside Denim & Smith.
