It is unknown what the fire panel is, but it is some sort of small addressable EST system. It is possibly an EST QuickStart QS1 or an EST iO64, but it is not entirely known yet as it is not visible.
The notification appliances in most tenants are the original EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).

==== Notification Appliances ====

The notification appliances consist of EST "Genesis" G1-HDVM (white, wall, no FIRE) and EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM (red, wall, no FIRE) horn/strobes. Some tenants, like the Sobeys Liquor and BMO have the original horn/strobes, but Smashburger being from 2012 has EST G1-HDVM horn/strobes to blend in with the white walls. There is one in the Smashburger with it's strobe lens missing. Behind the plaza, there is a Potter PBA-624 motor bell and a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2WK-P (white, wall, no FIRE) weatherproof horn/strobe. It is unknown which one is in use for fire alarm.
Smashburger and the renovated areas of Soeys Liquor have EST G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, 15cd); installed in 2012 and 2016 respectively. One horn/strobe in Smashburger is missing its lens.

For exterior notification, there is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SWK-P weatherproof remote strobe (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 75cd) outside the electrical room. It was installed as a deficiency replacement for the original EST CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe in 2017.
