20 Inverness Square SE is a mixed-use professional complex located in McKenzie Towne, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It contains Tiny Towne Preschool, the offices for I'm For Kids Team, and a vacant space, which was formerly a Circle K. The building opened in 1995, and the fire alarm system is original with the exception of all smoke detectors.

The building is protected by an EST 6632 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the I'm for Kids main entrance vestibule. The system coding is likely continuous.
