Ramada is a chain of budget hotels owned by Wyndham. This particular hotel is located at 11 Bay Bridge Road, in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. The hotel was built in 1971, and became a Ramada in 1984. The fire alarm system is partially original.

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system coding is likely continuous.

There is a Mircom RAM-1032TZDS annunciator in the main entrance vestibule, mounted in a Mircom BB-1001 enclosure.
