The Home Depot is an American hardware store franchise. This particular store was built in 2005, and is located at 5125 126 Ave SE, in the Shepard area in SE Calgary. The system is original, and besides the addressable fire alarm panel, is essentially the same as the Shawnessy location.

System Specifications[edit | edit source]

FACP[edit | edit source]

The store is protected by a Notifier AFP-200C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Notifier LCD2-80 annunciator at the entrance.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

The notification appliances are mainly the original System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A (red, wall-mount, 15cd) horn/strobes.

The restrooms have System Sensor S2415A (red, wall) remote strobes.

The garden center has a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P4RA (red, wall-mount, 4-wire) horn/strobe behind a weatherproof cover, as a deficiency replacement of a System Sensor P1224MCKA (red, wall-mount) weatherproof horn/strobe in the 2010s. It is unknown why it is mounted like that, but it is possible that a P4RKA was not available.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

The main pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional pull stations.

There are Simplex MS-301C pull stations, installed as deficiency replacements.

There are also a few Tyco/Grinnell MS-401GR pull stations, also installed as deficiency replacements.

All pull stations are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable modules, located directly behind the stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

Waterflow, no detectors present.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
