Avenue mall is in indoor shopping mall located at Avenija Dubrovnik 16, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia. This shopping centre has more than 100 stores and is apart of a large office building with an underground carpark. The mall opened in August of 2007, and the system is original to the building.

System Specifications[edit | edit source]

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is confirmed by the age and the size of the building. The panels location is unknown, but is a network. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol and is equipped with voice-evacuation, however the systems coding is unknown.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

The ground and above floors have EST "Integrity" 964-1A-8SW speakers (white, ceiling-mount, 8", square) and EST 964-3A-8SW speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, 8", square, 30cd).

The underground level has white KAC EMA series conventional sounders.

The parking garage has red KAC EMA series conventional sounders sometimes accompanied by CO signs.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Call Points[edit | edit source]

Most areas have older style EST SIGI-271 addressable call points.

Some call points are newer style EST SIGI-270 addressable call points as deficiency replacements.

Hazard rooms have EST 278A-REL releasing pull stations, wired to SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

Most areas have EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.

Some detectors are SIGA2-PS and SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements.

Some detectors are accompanied by EST SIGA-LED and system sensor RA100Z remote indicator for detector in ceiling. There is also a CO detector system in the parking garage tied into the fire alarm. This building also has a sprinkler system.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
