The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous.

There is a Notifier ACM-24AT annunciator at the main entrance.

Most notification appliances are Notifier KMS-10-24VDC/P motor bells (10” gong).
Some areas have Notifier KMS-10-24A motor bells (10” gong) as deficiency replacements.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier CPX-551A addressable ionization smoke detectors throughout the building.
Some areas have Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements.
Some areas have Notifier FDX-551RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
All detectors are mounted on Notifier BX501 bases.

There are Notifier MMX-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
