624-626 Connaught Drive was the address of a small plaza in Jasper, Alberta, Canada. The plaza contained Jasper Brewing Company, Subway and Plantlife. The plaza opened in 2005, and was destroyed by a wildfire in 2024. The fire alarm system was original.
Former System Specifications (2005-2024)[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The building was protected by a Simplex 4010 addressable fire alarm system. The panel was located in the main entrance vestibule of Jasper Brewing. The system ran Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and the system coding was temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances were Simplex “TrueAlert” 4906-9127 SmartSync horn/strobes (red, wall-mount).
Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]
Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations were Simplex 4099-9001 addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There were Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on 4098-9792 addressable bases.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There were Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There were Simplex 2081-9040C end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
