OHSU Center for Heath and Healing is a Healthcare Facility owned by Oregon Heath and Science University and it's located at 3303 S Bond Ave, Portland, OR. The facility opened in 2006, and was renovated in 2019. The fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Simplex 4100U addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs IDNet addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice-evacuation. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.
