Canadian Tire is a chain of retail stores. This particular location is in Beacon Hill, NW Calgary. It was built in 2008, but the panel is not original.

System Specifications

Panel

The fire alarm panel is an EST (GE) QuickStart QS4 from 2012-13. It most likely replaced an EST QS4 from 2008. The panel is located in the automotive entrance.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are original. Inside, there are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells on EST 403-5A-R "integrity" strobe plates. Outside, there are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells with EST CS405-7A-T "Integrity" outdoor strobes.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all EST SIGA-270 from 2008.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA-PS smoke detectors throughout.
