System Specifications

FACP

The main panel is a Notifier AFP-200. It is original from 2004. The panel is set on continuous, but the signals are self-coded to code 3.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are System Sensor P1224MC "Spectralert Classic" horn/strobes (red, wall-mount). These are original from 2004. There has been one replacement noted, and the replacement alarm of choice was a Mircom FHS-340R. The FHS-340R was installed in about 2014, replacing a dead P1224MC.

Initiating Devices

Manual Activation Devices

The manual activation devices are all Notifier MPS-950B pull stations. They are original from 2004.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSP-851 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the building.
