'Fluor Canada Ltd.' is an oil and gas engineering company. This is the head office, and is located in the Sundance neighborhood of Southeast Calgary. It was built in 2000, and most of the system is original.

The facility is protected by a Siemens FireFinder XLS addressable fire alarm panel. It is located in the main entrance, and was installed following the renovation in 2013. It replaced the original panel, which was a Siemens MXL-IQ. When in alarm, the system does code 3.
Notification Appliances
