System Specifications
FACP
The restaurant is protected by a Simplex 4007ES hybrid fire alarm system. This panel is a hybrid addressable panel, which means that it can be either addressable or conventional, depending on the cards inside the panel. This particular panel is conventional. It is located in the main entrance, and likely replaced either an EST FireShield or a Mircom FA-1000. The 4007ES was installed in August 2020, according to a permit that was issued as "Fire Alarm panel replacement at Memorial Boston Pizza."
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells on EST "Integrity" 403-5A-R strobe plates (15 candela). In the party room, there is surprisingly a General Signal MB6-24 motor bell on an EST 403-5A-R strobe plate, because this building was built in 2007, and they stopped making General Signal branded bells in 2002.
