The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance to the elevator and stairwells, and was installed around the late 2010s, most likely replacing the original Edwards 6500. The system is set up in a hybrid manner.

Most notification appliances are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells (6" gong). The panel area and outdoor areas have Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong). The restaurant has a Notifier KMS-6-24A motor bell (6" gong) as a deficiency replacement.  This bell is on a Wheelock strobe plate (model to be confirmed).
The notification appliances are mostly Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells. In the entrance where the panel is and for outdoor notification outside the public washroom entrance, there are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells. In the restaurant, an Edwards bell broke down, and was replaced with a Notifier KMS-6-24A motor bell, which may have in turn replaced the bell off a Wheelock MBS-G6-24 motor bell/strobe in the 1990s, because the Notifier bell is on its strobe plate.

All pull stations but one are Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations. There is an Edwards 270-SPOB conventional bilingual single-action pull station as a deficiency replacement.  Most stations are behind break-glass covers.
The pull stations are mostly 1990s/3rd generation Edwards 270-SPO pull stations, though there is one original one in the same entrance as the panel (no FIRE ALARM, classic shield.) Most are behind covers with glass. In the restaurant, there is an Edwards 270-SPOB bilingual (English/French) pull station from the 2000s, which replaced an older 270-SPO.

There are System Sensor 1412A conventional 2-wire ionization smoke detectors throughout the building.
There are Edwards EDW1451A ionization smoke detectors, which could be original. One appears to be replaced, which could be a System Sensor 1400A ionization smoke detector.
