It contains Tiny Towne Preschool, the offices for I'm For Kids Team, and a vacant space, which was formerly a Circle K. It was built in 1995, and has the original fire alarm system, with everything being original except for the smoke detectors. The system is (unfortunately) serviced by Sprouse Fire and Safety.
