The Home Depot is a chain of hardware stores, with many locations in Alberta. This location is in Tuscany, NW Calgary, off of Nose Hill Drive NW. It was built in 2007, and the fire alarm system is original.
System Specifications
FACP
The fire alarm control panel is a Notifier AFP-200C, as confirmed by the pull stations blinking RED and the LCD-80 annunciator at the entrance. The main panel is not visible; it's in an electrical or mechanical room.
Notification Appliances
The notification appliances mostly consist of System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P1224MCA (red, wall) horn/strobes, mounted on the ceilings. In the garden centre, there are P1224MCA horn/strobes in the parts not exposed to rain or snow. It is unknown why there are classic SpectrAlert devices in a store built in 2007, as they were discontinued in 2006 for the new SpectrAlert Advance series that year. It's possible that they may be new old stock.
