This plaza was built in 2003 or 2004, but has had its current fire alarm system since July 2017. It is unknown why the alarms were replaced. This plaza consists of a Sobeys, Ohana Care, PetValu, Williams Paints, Subway, Freshii and Royal Oak Clinic.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd). These are ceiling-mounted in Sobeys, and wall-mounted elsewhere. For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside PetValu.
