FACP
The house is protected by an EST iO1000 Addressable fire alarm control panel. The panel is located in the basement furnace/boiler room. The panel replaced an Edwards 2280 in December of 2021.
When in alarm the system does Temporal code/code 3.
Notification Appliances
The Notification Appliances consist of a mix of Edwards 439D-6AWC (6 inch) vibrating bells and Simplex 2901-9723 (6 inch) motor bells.

Pull Stations
The manual pull stations consist of Notifier MPS-950B (Bilingual) conventional single action pull stations. And Notifier LNG-1R (Red) dual action conventional pull stations. These pull stations are wired into EST SIGA CT-1 monitor modules

The Automatic Detection Devices consist of EST SIGA PCD addressable smoke detectors.
