The daylodge is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 fire alarm system. It was installed around 2007-2009. The original panel was an Edwards Custom 6500, in which the main board of the FA-1000 is in the 6500's cabinet. The FA-1000 has two bays, and only 24 zones are in use. The other bay was just used to fill up the 6500's cabinet. The panel is located near the back exit, near the store and some washrooms. System is serviced by a.p.i Alarm Inc, and formerly Banff Fire & Safety.
