810-830 12024 Sarcee Trail NW is a small two-store plaza in Beacon Heights Shopping Centre, off of Sarcee Trail, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The plaza consists of TommyKPlay and Dollarama. The building opened in 2011, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an EST iO64 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is likely located in an electrical room. The system runs EST's Signature-series addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an EST annunciator in the TommyKPlay entrance vestibule, however its model is unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd). For outdoor notification, there is an Edwards "Integrity" CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the entrance to TommyKPlay.
