It was installed in 2018-19, replacing an EST QuickStart QS1 from 2012 during the conversion, which in turn replaced the original Edwards EST2. The system runs Kidde's GSA addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

In the GoodLife fitness, there are mainly Edwards MB10-24 motor bells on EST 403-5A-R strobe plates from 2012, but in the back there is a leftover 439D-10AWC+Integrity plate combo.
