System Specifications (2010s-present)
FACP
The building is protected by a Siemens FireFinder XLS addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the first floor CACF room. The system runs Siemens’ FirePrint addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time. This panel replaced a Siemens MXLV in about 2015.
Annunciators
There is a Siemens SSD annunciator behind the security desk on the second floor.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Siemens SE-MC-CW-B speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V/15cd). Some areas have Siemens CSS-4100-70 speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, 70V, 15cd). Please note that this model number is unconfirmed.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
Most pull stations are Siemens MSI-30B addressable two-stage single-action pull stations. Some areas have Siemens HMS-2S addressable two-stage single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Siemens FP-11 addressable multisensor smoke/heat detectors throughout the building, mounted on Siemens DB-11 bases. [[Category:Facilitie]
