'''Village Square Leisure Centre''' (also known as Pepsi Thunder) is an indoor leisure centre in the Pineridge community in NE Calgary.   The building houses the Village Square Library, two NHL-sized arenas, a gym, and a large waterpark with a lane pool, four waterslides, a wet playground, a wave pool, and a hot tub.  The building was originally built in 1981, and underwent a major renovation in 2009.  The fire alarm system is not original, however some notification appliances may be.
