'350R Shawville Boulevard SE' is a shopping plaza located in the Shawnessy shopping area. It is technically located in the Southeast quadrant of Calgary, but it is more commonly perceived as being in the Southwest. It contains Best Buy, Sport Chek, Michaels, and Staples. It was built in 1999, but it is unknown if the system is original. The pull stations and most of the bell/strobes are original, though.

The plaza is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room at the rear of the building. The system coding is continuous.

Best Buy

Most notification appliances are General Signal MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd). Some areas have Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong) on the aforementioned strobe plates, as well as one Mircom BL-10B motor bell (10" gong) by the appliances, also on an Edwards strobe plate. All non-GS bells were installed as deficiency replacements.

Sportchek

All notification appliances are General Signal MB6-24 motor bells (6" gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd).

Michaels

Most notification appliances are General Signal MB6-24 motor bells (6" gong) mounted on Edwards 403-5A-R strobe plates (15cd). Some areas have Mircom BL-6A motor bells (6" gong) mounted on Mircom strobe plates (model unknown) installed as deficiency replacements.

Staples

Currently unknown.

Outdoor Notification

There are System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RKA weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount) and System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobes (red, wall-mount) outside each unit at the rear of the building. These are mounted with a horn/strobe and a remote strobe mounted next to each other.
