Horsethief Lodge is a lodge in Panorama Mountain Resort, BC. It consists of 11 townhome buildings, each building having two units. The 300 and 500 buildings are likely connected together. The buildings were built in 1982, but only have their original pull stations.
System Specifications
FACP
The fire alarm panels for each set of townhomes are either Mircom FA-102T, or Mircom FA-1000. These were likely installed in 2013. The panels are not visible, as they are hidden somewhere. They likely replaced Edwards 1526 or 1527 panels from 1982.
Notification Appliances
Most of the wings have Mircom BL-10B motor bells. They are installed at the front entrances for each unit, and at the back. The 300 wings have Mircom FS-340R-WP (red) weatherproof strobes outside the entrances instead of bells for some unknown reason, and likely Mircom FHS-340R horn/strobes inside. On the 300 wing, a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SRK (red, wall, weatherproof) remote strobe replaced a Mircom strobe in 2020. These notification appliances all replaced the original Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells around 2013-14.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations at every building are 2nd generation Edwards 270-SPO, mounted at both stairwells outside. Most are under covers, but some are under stoppers. The 300 wing has one replacement pull station, a GE-branded 270-SPO from around 2011-2013, at the left side under a Stopper.
