Bearspaw Preschool is a preschool in Bearspaw, AB. This one counts for the portable, aka Classroom B. Classroom A is in the nearby Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre. The portable was built in about the 1970s, and has the original fire alarm system, everything original except one pull station.

System Specifications

The fire alarm panel is a very small Mirtone 1-zone conventional fire alarm control panel, of unknown model number. It is original to the portable, located after the entrance of it.

Notification Appliances

The only notification appliance is an Edwards "Durabel" 6100D (10") vibrating bell. The logo is from the 1964-1970s era, suggesting it is original. It is in the hallway to the classroom.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The portable has two pull stations. The one at the end of the classroom is a Mirtone 73201, original to the portable. The pull station across the fire panel is a Simplex MS-301C, replaced around the mid-2000s.
