Taynton Lodge is a 5-story lodge and condo building in Panorama Mountain Resort, near Invermere, British Columbia. It is located adjacent to Panorama Springs Lodge. It was built in 2001, and appears to have the original fire alarm system.

System Specifications (2001-present)

FACP

The lodge is protected by a Mircom Series 1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is not visible, but is assumed judging by an annunciator in the main entrance and having conventional zones. It appears to be original. The system coding is temporal.

Annunciators

There is a Mircom RA-1000 cabinet with a Mircom RAM-1032TZDS main annunciator chassis with common controls, and a Mircom RAX-1048TZDS LED annunciator.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are Mircom BL-10 motor bells (10" gong). The units have Mircom MH-S25WA (white) silenceable mini-horns.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Mircom MS-401 conventional pull stations. Most are original, however the one in the entrance has the newer Mircom logo, meaning that it was a deficiency replacement.

Automatic Detection Devices

The smoke detectors are Mircom 2151A photoelectric smoke detectors.
