Winfield Arena is an arena, located at 401 6 St E, Wetaskiwin County, AB. It was built in the 1970s, and the fire alarm system is most likely original except for the panel. The system will be upgraded soon, as the panel has failed and thus the system is inoperable.
System Specifications (1970s-present)
FACP
The building is protected by an EST 6601 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the lobby, on the hall side, and is also noticeably mounted high. The system coding is continuous. As of November 2023, the panel has suffered a main board failure, and is stuck in alarm. Therefore, the system is no longer functional. The system is set to be replaced in the next year.
