System Specifications (2004-present)

FACP

The store is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance, and was installed in 2018, replacing the original QuickStart for unknown reasons. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are all Edwards MB10-24 motor bells (10" gong) on EST "Integrity" 403-5A-R (15cd) strobe plates.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are the original EST SIGA-270 single-action addressable pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

Waterflow protection, so no detectors are present.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
