810-830 12024 Sarcee Trail NW is a small two-store plaza in Beacon Heights Shopping Centre, off of Sarcee Trail, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The plaza consists of TommyKPlay and Dollarama. The building opened in 2011, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP
The building is protected by an EST iO64 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is likely located in an electrical room. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an EST RLCD-C LCD annunciator paired with an RLED24 LED annunciator in an RA-ENC2 cabinet in the TommyKPlay entrance vestibule.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is an Edwards "Integrity" CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the entrance to TommyKPlay.
